My experience with this hotel was incredibly frustrating. I made my reservation well in advance, only to receive an email asking me to cancel and rebook at a much higher price. It's clear they want to take advantage of holiday demand, and I feel completely cheated. Because of this, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even to friends. A disappointing and unethical experience overall.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. After booking in advance for a busy holiday week, they suddenly canceled my reservation and attempted to charge me double the original price. Their communication was poor, and I felt taken advantage of. Definitely not a place I would recommend or choose to stay in again.
